  • Time availability to build and run the REF Global operation.

  • Runs and scales the REF Global operation in their region.

  • Designs, assembles, and facilitates one Forum Group (minimum) of 12-15 top-tier Business Leaders.

  • Builds a team of Forum Leaders and mentors them to co-design and assemble their Forum Groups.

  • Builds an administrative and operational team according to the local REF Global Enterprise Model.
